Rates for the studio are based on one hour intervals for the first hour and 15 minute intervals there after. All session times will be rounded up to the nearest 1/4-hour. Studio time may be scheduled by the hour or hours as needed. All scheduled times must be adhered to and will be charged for except time outs and breaks authorized by the engineer. Rates are all subject to change without notice.

Studio and engineer costs are included in the studio rates however, use of certain equipment, CD’s and tapes are not. A price list is available upon request

Payments for all services are to be paid at the conclusion of every session. All payments are to be paid in cash, credit card via Paypal or company check drawn on a US Bank account (U.S. currency only). Credit will not be extended unless approved by the studio owner and a written and signed agreement between the studio and the client is in effect. No finished product, (masters etc.) will be permitted to leave the studio until that account is paid in full.

Studio time may be scheduled and paid for in advance up to six months, however a deposit will be required to reserve time scheduled more than seven days in advance. All deposits will be credited toward recording time. Deposits will not be refunded. The required deposit will be equal to 50 percent of the cost of studio time being reserved. Studio time scheduled less than 7 days in advance will not require a deposit.

Except for pre approved setup time, studio time will begin as scheduled even if client is not present. If the client is not present within 30 minutes of the scheduled time the client will be considered a no show. All no shows will require a deposit to schedule any future sessions. No deposits will be refunded for no shows. Cancellation of studio time must be within 4 days of the session or will be considered a no show and a deposit will be required for any future sessions. A session may be extended beyond it’s scheduled time if no other session has been booked for the over time period.

The studio is part of a family dwelling therefore we ask that our clients respect the privacy of others and do not enter non-studio rooms except to use the restroom. Food and drinks excluding alcoholic beverages may be brought into the studio and kept in the control room. The studio is a non-smoking facility and all smoking must be taken outdoors.

All projects will require the designation of a producer who will be responsible for and who will have the final say of the projects matters. Any other key appointments of personnel must also be conveyed to the engineer. Unless otherwise stated, the studio reserves the right to use all or a portion of any project to promote the studio. All projects left inactive for more than 180 days will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee and $10.00 per month thereafter.
